Return and Refund Policy from Primrose Sydney

At Primrose Sydney, we are committed to providing all our customers with excellent service and a pleasant shopping experience. We offer a full return policy on all new products, except promotional items. Sale items are excluded from this guarantee.

2. RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Primrose Sydney does not refund return shipping costs and is not responsible for expenses incurred during the return process. All returns must be sent with a valid Track & Trace code; returns sent without tracking will not be accepted.

3. RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Please ensure you adhere to this deadline to be eligible for a return.

4. EXCHANGE OF SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged, even in the case of an incorrect size. Please ensure you select the correct size before making a purchase.

We offer a full guarantee on all defective items. If a product has manufacturing defects, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

6. NO REFUND FOR SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. These purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even in the case of an incorrect size.
